What this site collects

The enquiry forms on this site ask for your name, email address, phone number, and your message. The market updates form asks for your name and email address, with a phone number as an optional field. This site also records anonymous page visits and selected interactions such as journey links and successful form delivery, limited performance measurements, referral or campaign context, and standard browser or device information. Form contents, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are never sent to analytics or advertising tools.

How it is used

Your enquiry is stored in Robert’s secure lead-management system and used only to respond to you. Robert or his team may reply by text message, phone, or email. You receive one email confirming your enquiry; your details are not added to a marketing list. If you request market updates, your details are used to send those updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Third-party services

Resend delivers confirmation and internal notification emails. Map imagery on community and listing pages is loaded from OpenStreetMap when a map is displayed.

PostHog processes anonymous website usage events. Session recording and identified person profiles are disabled, and page addresses are stripped of query strings before they are stored.

The Meta Pixel measures visits and completed forms so that advertising can be attributed. It receives standard browser identifiers and an anonymous form reference, never the contents of your submission.
